IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie unterstützen die Project Manager Planning and Reporting sowie die in den Projekten eingesetzten Project Manager IPS und DOC bei der Erstellung von Terminplänen und der Definition strukturierter Arbeitspakete.
• Sie wirken aktiv an der Projektplanung, der Steuerung und der administrativen Betreuung von Arbeitspaketen im Ticketsystem Jira, in SAP sowie im eingesetzten Ressourcenplanungs-Tool mit.
• Sie unterstützen die Erstellung der Ressourcenplanung für die der Abteilung Technical Documentation zugeordneten Rollen und halten diese Planung kontinuierlich aktuell.
• Sie gleichen Arbeitspaket-Datenbestände ab, die in unterschiedlichen IT-Systemen wie SAP, Jira und MS Project geführt werden, und stellen dadurch eine konsistente und belastbare Planungsgrundlage sicher.
• Sie erstellen, pflegen und aktualisieren Vorlagen für Projektberichte, Protokolle und Präsentationen und unterstützen die Projektverantwortlichen bei der Erstellung konkreter Reports.
• Sie führen regelmäßige Planungstermine mit den genannten Projektmanagern durch, um den Projektstatus transparent zu erfassen und die Planung auf Basis dieser Ergebnisse fortzuschreiben.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinentechnik oder Mechatronik oder über eine vergleichbare in Deutschland anerkannte technische Ausbildung (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
• Sie haben bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld der Projektplanung und des projektbezogenen Reportings gesammelt.
• Sie bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Tools Jira, Power BI beziehungsweise eazy BI, Confluence, SAP sowie MS Project mit.
• Sie verfügen über grundlegendes Wissen zu Methoden des Projektmanagements und haben Erfahrung in deren praktischer Anwendung.
• Sie kommunizieren sicher und setzen Ihre Teamfähigkeit gezielt ein, um gemeinsam definierte Projektziele zu erreichen.
• Sie besitzen sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und nutzen insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel routiniert im Projektalltag.
• Sie stellen sich schnell auf unterschiedliche Anforderungen von Stakeholdern ein und verstehen es, Ihre Inhalte überzeugend zu vermitteln.
• Sie treten sicher auf und runden Ihr Profil durch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ab.
