Quick Facts: Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: August 17, 2026 Scheduled End Date: November 16, 2026 Shift: Night Shift (3x12-Hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: 36 hours Employment Type: Temporary contract License/Certifications: MO license required, BLS mandatory, ACLS preferred Experience: 1.5-2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or Hematology & Cellular Therapy Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $100.50 Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient advanced practice care for adult hematology and oncology patients, including those undergoing bone marrow transplants and cellular therapy Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions Conduct admission, daily rounding, and discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS Collaborate with physicians and support staff to coordinate patient care Document effectively using Epic EMR/charting software What You Need: Required: Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology Missouri state license BLS certification 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience Preferred: ACLS certification About the Assignment: This position involves inpatient care at a leading academic hospital, focusing on adult patients undergoing complex hematology and cellular therapy treatments.
