ROUTE PROCESSSING SPECIALIST

Automation Personnel Services is seeking Route Processing Specialist for a fabrication company located in Trenton, GA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, customer service, and office administration.

This is an excellent full-time temporary to hire position.

Pay Ra nge

$18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience

Shift and Schedules

Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Route Processing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal team members
• Answer and respond to customer service emails in a timely and professional manner
• Direct customer service requests to the appropriate departments or team members
• Communicate effectively with the customer service team regarding customer needs and service updates
• Process daily routes, including invoices and production reports
• Add new customer accounts and update existing customer information and service changes
• Answer incoming phone calls as part of the office call rotation
• Perform filing and maintain organized office records
• Crosstrain with other office assistants and provide backup support when needed
• Assist with general office duties and support other departments as needed

Route Processing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
• Basic computer and office software knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
