This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining project schedules and preparing reports. Responsibilities include monitoring client document control systems, routing inquiries, tracking deliverables, and updating project status.The position requires proficiency in project management software, including Gantt charts, and involves coordinating closely with project teams to track design progress, billing status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also requires identifying issues, determining root causes, and driving solutions.This position is remote.At Verdantas, you'll join a collaborative team focused on innovation, growth, and delivering impactful environmental and infrastructure projects.What You'll Do:Develop Project Schedules using the project scope and Work Breakdown StructureCreate custom project schedules with little guidance from Project ManagersUpdate and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, Excel Schedule, Vantagepoint Project Plan, and/or Microsoft TeamsRequest and process project status updates from Project Managers, Area Project Delivery Leaders, and/or Area Leaders. Status updates may be collected via redlined.pdf files, email messages, text messages, phone calls, team meetings, or one-on-one conversationsCreate project summaries and schedule variance reports with Project ManagersGenerate project and portfolio-level reports to share with Project Managers and the project team as neededSubmitting, downloading, and/or updating forms, paperwork, etc. on external and internal document control systemsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree2-4 Years of Data Analysis ExperienceExcellent Communication SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite – particularly ExcelPast/Current experience as a project accountant, project controls, or project managementExperience in Microsoft Project, Vantagepoint, Power BI, Scheduling, or similar programsSalary Range:$67,000 - $85,000Benefits:Flexible Work EnvironmentPaid Parental LeaveMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + HolidaysVerdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
