You will collaborate with elite internal teams and trusted external partners, gaining exposure to cutting-edge tools and methodologies while contributing to a program that sets the standard for executive digital risk management.As a Cyber Intelligence Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Executive Cyber Protection program, you will serve as a critical line of defense in identifying, assessing, and mitigating digital threats targeting our firm's senior leadership. You will apply your expertise in cybersecurity, open-source intelligence, and risk management to monitor threat landscapes, analyze executive digital footprints, and deliver actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders. Your work will directly shape the firm's strategic approach to executive protection and contribute to a safer, more resilient organization.This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening, which includes both criminal and credit background checks and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.Job responsibilitiesMonitor dark web and surface web environments using internal and external tools to detect personal information and data exposure related to executivesIdentify and remediate executive data presence on data broker sites, ensuring timely removal and ongoing complianceAnalyze executive digital footprints and produce comprehensive, executive-ready reports including concise summaries, risk narratives, and recommended actions tailored to non-technical audiencesDetect and assess potential threats — including phishing, identity theft, cyber harassment, and doxing attempts — targeting senior leadership and escalate findings appropriatelyMonitor social media platforms for executive impersonation accounts and coordinate takedown actions in partnership with relevant teams and vendorsOversee executive protection vendors to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service level agreementsDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve playbooks, standard operating procedures, and decision trees for common executive digital-risk scenariosDeliver customized alerts and briefings to keep senior leadership informed of emerging risks and threat activity, including verbal presentations under time pressureBuild and maintain scripts to automate repetitive investigative tasks such as data collection, enrichment, and report generationStay current on evolving digital threats, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously strengthen the Executive Cyber Protection programRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on cyber intelligence concepts and 5+ years applied experienceDemonstrated analytical ability to strategically identify key components of threats and vulnerabilities within complex cybersecurity environmentsProficiency in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) investigative and hunting tools, with a solid understanding of the intelligence cycleExperience harnessing large and complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies, with the ability to build clear visualizations and dashboards that translate technical signals into actionable insightsAbility to write and maintain scripts to automate investigative workflows, including data collection, enrichment, and reporting tasksStrong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving improvements to operational workflows, procedures, playbooks, and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to engage and influence technical conversations across varied technology and business groupsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in an executive protection, threat intelligence, or digital risk management program within a large enterprise environmentFamiliarity with data broker removal processes and privacy-focused investigative techniquesKnowledge of social media monitoring platforms and experience coordinating impersonation account takedownsExperience developing or contributing to intelligence-driven playbooks and standard operating proceduresRelevant industry certifications such as Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), OSCP, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials#CTC JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
