Location: USA - Atlanta, 3705 Wilson Rd Division: Air & Sea Job Posting Title: Customer Service Specialist - 128390 Time Type: Full Time Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to provide support. Duties and Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone, email, or other communication channels Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery schedules Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints Maintain customer records and documentation Provide support to sales teams in the form of lead generation and follow-up Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer service standards and best practices Participate in customer service training programs and workshops Educational background / Work experience An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required, with experience in the transportation and logistics industry preferred. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, preferred Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with transportation and logistics regulations and processes is a plus Language skills Fluency in English is required Knowledge of additional languages is a plus At Will Employment DSV Air & Sea Inc. employees are hired for an undefined period of time as “at will” employees. For this position, the expected base pay range is $51,912.00 – $64,890.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
