JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Psychiatrist Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Location: Beloit, WI Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Hospital Schedule: Full-Time (Schedule to be discussed) On-Call Expectations: 1:4 Call Rotation PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adults Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Psychiatry, Outpatient Behavioral Health, AODA, IOP Services FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS EMR System: Cerner Specialty Backup: Psychology and Behavioral Health Services available Support Staff: 19 Mental Health Therapists, 2 Psychologists, AODA program team Leadership & Reporting Structure: Integrated healthcare delivery system leadership Reason for Opening: Growth CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Board Requirements: BC/BE in Psychiatry DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required) Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Base Salary: Competitive compensation Student Loan Repayment: Negotiable CME Allowance: Included PTO & Holidays: Generous time off package Health & Retirement Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage
