Due to our growth in the U.S., we are hiring an Industrial Hose Assembler / Warehouse Associate for our Merrimack, NH facility. We are open to part-time or full-time candidates.

What this job really is
This is hands-on industrial assembly, not electronics or small-component assembly. You will build silicone hose assemblies by cutting hose to length and crimping metal fittings onto the ends using a hydraulic crimping press. Assemblies range from a few inches to more than 20 feet long, so the work is physical and requires space, handling and care. When you are not assembling, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.

What you will do

Hose assembly

• Read production orders, mechanical drawings and specifications to understand each assembly.

• Measure and cut silicone hose to exact lengths.

• Assemble and crimp metal fittings onto hose ends using a hydraulic press and hand tools.

• Perform simple crimp calculations and verify dimensions with a tape measure and calipers.

• Complete assembly and quality reports accurately.

Warehouse

• Unload trucks and large inbound stock shipments (forklift / pallet jack / stacker).

• Put away, rotate and replenish inventory.

• Pick, pack, weigh and measure orders, and pass shipping information to the Operations Manager for invoices and delivery notes.

• Support quarterly inventory counts.

• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized and safe.

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager on ordering supplies, consumables and services.

• Full-time team members may also support office and shipping tasks (shipping labels, carrier coordination, basic data entry).

What we are looking for

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, hose assembly, hydraulic press, crimping or similar hands-on industrial work (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail: accuracy matters in every cut and every crimp.

• Good reading comprehension: able to follow written work orders, drawings and instructions.

• Confident measuring and documenting dimensions (tape measure, calipers, fractions and decimals).

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Good manual dexterity with hand tools and shop equipment.

• Forklift or stacker experience (or willingness to be trained and certified).

• Clean, organized and safety-minded.

• Must live within commuting distance of Merrimack, NH 03054.

Physical requirements

• Regularly lift and move 50+ lbs.

• Stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods.

• Handle long, heavy or bulky hose assemblies (20+ ft).

Schedule

• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week, typically 4-hour shifts, 3–5 days per week.

• Full-time: up to 40 hours per week.

• Monday to Friday, within business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). No nights or weekends.
