Job Description Job Description Manages the referral and admission process for clients. Act as a liaison between, facilities, hospice, staff, physicians, patients and families. Scheduling, Insurance verification and education to families. Exceptional customer service and the emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive, delicate situations with compassion. Must be able to multitask, excellent computer skills and medical terminology/
