Assistant Manager - Automotive Service & Tire Center

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair, tire, or retail service experience , including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role .
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Understanding of automotive repair, tires, and preventative maintenance.
• Experience using POS systems and computer software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction, employee development, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Requirements

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment.
