Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.As a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Financial Analyst, you will be the strategic business partner to various Corporate Executives supporting annual planning, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and dashboard development of their department key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for corporate and operations management reporting and enterprise annual budgeting support. This role also prepares financial/key metrics presentations for executive leaders and Board of Director meetings. This position will report to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.In the role of Senior Financial Analyst, we'll count on you to:Lead for corporate business partners regarding budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, monthly forecasting, and assisting leaders to understand the financial "story"Lead for establishing key performance indicators in partnership with the corporate business partners and developing dashboard visualizations and reporting.Lead for executive company-level monthly management reporting for operations and corporate overhead.Communicate with Executive stakeholders on a regular, ongoing basis.Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards to provide insights to the Executive Leadership team and Corporate business partners.Key contributor for various reporting to support Board of Director material preparation as well as Executive Leadership presentationsCollaborate with members of Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Data Operations, Hyperion, and Operations teams for process improvements, appropriate analyses, data validation and solutions for management reportingPerforms research and analysis to support variance analysis for corporate/operationsAbility to communicate Financials to non-financial business partnersSupport various data and system transformation processesProvide insight and analysis on complex financial and operational metrics. Constantly seeking process efficiencies and improvements to automate reporting processes through AI enablementProvide our business partners accurate and timely financial reportingDocument processes, reporting and define key metricsSpecial projects as assigned by supervisor, Financial Planning and Analysis Director, Chief Financial Officer and/or othersPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, mathematics, economics, or applicable field.Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical as this role will interact directly with senior executives and all levels of management in operations, corporate and finance & accounting.Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ideal candidate is highly organized and detailed oriented, shows initiative and curiosity, questions the status quo and is always seeking process improvement and efficiencies in reporting.Desire and willingness to dig into the details. Attention to details is critical to deliver timely, quality and accurate management reporting.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and Power BI dashboard creation.Self-starter and curiosity to seek innovative solutions and implement advance analytics using AI toolsOrganization of Data; Must be able to present financial information to finance and non-financial users in a succinct and easily understandable manner.
