What You'll Do

  • Analyze and diagnose complex GI specimens, including biopsies and resections
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide accurate pathology reports
  • Handle liver specimens; liver specialization preferred but not mandatory
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards for pathology services
  • Document findings thoroughly in accordance with hospital protocols
  • Participate in consults and interdisciplinary discussions as needed

What You Need

  • Valid California medical license
  • Board-certified in Anatomic Pathology or AP/CP combined certification
  • GI pathology fellowship training
  • Experience in handling GI biopsies and resections
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting
