- Manage client-specific preferences to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and strong relationship management.
- Promote adoption of software, technology, and best-practice workflows to streamline ordering, production, and policy delivery.
- Minimum four years of experience with title examination, preparation of preliminary title opinions or commitments.
- Strong proficiency in the preparation of title opinions or commitments using systems such as SoftPro or Qualia.
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency with advanced use of software functionality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.
