We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our North Carolina Operations team and serve as a key bridge between our clients, agents, and internal teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the world of loan closings or title searching and is energized by improving systems, workflows, and client-facing technology. Experience with title examination, preparation of preliminary title opinions or commitments required. Knowledge and understanding of title search preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to clients using company platforms for title policy applications and related products.
• Collaborate with the software development team to share insights and recommend enhancements to client-facing tools and interfaces.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams by communicating feedback and driving improvements in service processes.
• Identify workflow enhancements related to order submission, data usage, and document creation to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage client-specific preferences to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and strong relationship management.
• Promote adoption of software, technology, and best-practice workflows to streamline ordering, production, and policy delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum four years of experience with title examination, preparation of preliminary title opinions or commitments.
• Strong proficiency in the preparation of title opinions or commitments using systems such as SoftPro or Qualia.
• Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency with advanced use of software functionality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.
