These could include (but are not limited to):Personal HygieneAmbulation/TransfersDressing/ShavingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms light housekeeping activitiesReporting changes to clients and their environments to Caring Office TeamPerforms patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):Providing hospice supportive careMedication remindersAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercisesAssisting with blood glucose monitoringCare of bed-bound patientsIncontinence careUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer liftsPreferred Experience in:Hoyer liftPersonal careRange of Motion ExercisesFoley careCompanionshipLight cleaningCompensation: $12.25-$13.00 an hour during the day and $10.50 an hour at nightRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
