Processing quotes and sales orders incl. packing, shipping, billing and tracking Understanding process for shipping through multiple systems for export purposes Liaison between customer and company in all aspects of the sales cycle, including factory schedules, sales, service, and accounting Update and maintain information in Customer and Item Master Database, ERP System Other responsibilities will include support of Office Manager, answering and directing phone calls, data entry, inventory and regular office administration tasks Pay: $15 an hour but flexible for the right candidate.
