About the Opportunity As an Order Processing Specialist , you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order receipt through delivery. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, production, sales, and shipping teams, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hybrid role (4 days in office and 1 day work from home) This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on organization, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do Process customer orders, order modifications, and escalations across multiple communication channels. Coordinate closely with the shipping department to ensure on-time delivery and communicate shipment timelines to customers. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries. Receive, prioritize, and process incoming orders based on company policies and customer requirements. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Communicate delivery updates and order status information with customers, vendors, production, and sales teams. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies as needed. Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative, customer service, order processing, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Curiosity and confidence to initiate change Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Excel Inventory management software Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is a plus. Physical Requirements Frequently sit and work at a computer workstation. Frequently use hands and fingers for typing and data entry. Occasionally stand and walk throughout the facility.
