Our Rock Hill, SC team is hiring a hands-on service provider and communicative leader to lead our daily residential projects. Depending on experience and qualifications, you'll earn $70,000 - $120,000/year . You'll work an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule. Seize this opportunity to perform rewarding work and train motivated technicians to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of electrical work experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Our ideal Electrician - Crew Lead has strong troubleshooting skills and is experienced with hands-on residential electrical services and maintenance work. Organizational skills and time management abilities would also be beneficial.
Your Day, Your Responsibilities:
- Traveling to customers' homes and speaking with them about their electrical system problems
- Leading your team in diagnosing issues, identifying corrective actions, and completing the appropriate repairs and maintenance
- Providing constructive coaching and direction to the technicians
- Completing efficient, compliant, and high-quality projects
