Our Rock Hill, SC team is hiring a hands-on service provider and communicative leader to lead our daily residential projects. Depending on experience and qualifications, you'll earn $70,000 - $120,000/year . You'll work an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule. Seize this opportunity to perform rewarding work and train motivated technicians to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

3+ years of electrical work experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Our ideal Electrician - Crew Lead has strong troubleshooting skills and is experienced with hands-on residential electrical services and maintenance work. Organizational skills and time management abilities would also be beneficial.

Your Day, Your Responsibilities:

Traveling to customers' homes and speaking with them about their electrical system problems
Leading your team in diagnosing issues, identifying corrective actions, and completing the appropriate repairs and maintenance
Providing constructive coaching and direction to the technicians
Completing efficient, compliant, and high-quality projects
