About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and driven Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead field crews, oversee daily construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and wants to expand their leadership impact while contributing to critical infrastructure projects .

What You'll Do

• • Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure project success
  • Enforce all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards through meetings and site oversight
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution
  • Assign tasks based on crew skillsets to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met
  • Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards
  • Resolve on-site challenges and conflicts quickly to maintain workflow continuity
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of tools and construction equipment
  • Track and report labor hours, materials, and project progress
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members to enhance performance and safety awareness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operations
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Position Requirements

What You Bring

• • High school diploma or equivalent (additional trade/technical certifications preferred)
  • 5+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to work under pressure [
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and accountability
