CMM/Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector/CMM Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality and reliability. Aerospace Industry experience a plus

Duties

- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products

- Perform quality checks using tools such as calipers and other measuring devices, along with CMM.

- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly

- Follow established protocols and procedures to uphold quality assurance standards

Qualifications

- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices of aerospace parts

- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 and other relevant quality systems

- Experience with QA/QC processes and tools such as CMM Mgr. software

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams

- Prior experience in quality management is a plus
