Production Associate/Secondary Operator

Are you a dependable, detail-oriented team player looking for an opportunity in manufacturing? We are seeking Production Associates (Secondary Operators) on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) . In this hands-on role, you'll perform a variety of secondary production operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and are ready for the next stage of manufacturing. What You'll Do Perform deburring, flat sanding, micro-joint removal, drilling, tapping, threading, and other secondary operations with speed, accuracy, and safety. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications. Inspect products to ensure quality and conformance to specifications. Maintain and replace tools as needed to meet production requirements. Record production and operational data accurately. Load and unload materials from carts, pallets, crates, and workstations. Place products on equipment or work surfaces for processing, inspection, or packaging. Move completed workpieces to the next stage of production. Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English. Basic math and counting skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and ability to work well within a team. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong near-vision skills to inspect parts and identify product details.
