As a Private Client Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will deliver exceptional client service, operational marketing, and administrative support to our Private Client Advisors. Your role will encompass the efficient management of operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades, with a strong emphasis on precision and promptness. You will help Advisors foster and preserve client relationships, conduct account reviews, and advocate firm services to enhance client relationships. Your responsibilities will also involve active participation in Risk Management procedures, support the operational processes of the business unit, and comply with regulatory requirements. You will prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines while fostering and maintaining a positive team environment. Job Responsibilities Support Advisors’ book of business, facilitating accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades. Aid Advisors by building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, providing up‑to‑date information, and assisting with ongoing wealth planning, referral source management, and new lead generation. Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely and accurate performance reports. Actively engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews, and inquiries. Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements (e.g., completion of required operational forms and documentation). Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines. Maintain and foster team culture. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 120‑day condition of employment. If you were registered after October 1, 2018, you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment. Investment Products Disclaimer
