K&S Staffing Solutions is hiring Differential Assemblers in Reno, Nevada. We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join a hands-on production environment assembling and inspecting differential components.

This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive, mechanical, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience who enjoys working with tools and learning mechanical processes.

Job Duties

Assemble differential components according to specifications
Install gears, bearings, seals, shafts, and related components
Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and shop equipment
Inspect components for damage, defects, or excessive wear
Measure and verify parts for proper fit and alignment
Follow assembly instructions and production procedures
Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety requirements
Meet established production and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous mechanical, automotive, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
Differential, drivetrain, transmission, or driveline experience is a plus
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and move materials as required

Located on the bus line
