Role: Manager
Duration: 12 months - convert to hire
Experience: 5+ years
Travel up to 50-75%

Role Description:
The player-coach. Runs governance AND does hands-on savings work. Must be a generalist who can pivot across all categories
Run Steering Committees and executive governance meetings (like a Director, but at a smaller scale)
Set savings targets, manage budget, track engagement performance
ALSO actively lead sourcing work RFPs, negotiations, product evaluations
Cover clinical AND non-clinical categories as needed (med/surg, purchased services, facilities, lab)
Manage a small team (1-2 direct reports)

Required Skills:
5+ years healthcare supply chain or consulting
3+ years with governance experience (steering committees, executive reporting)
Generalist orientation can work across clinical and non-clinical categories
RFP/negotiation experience
Strong project management skills this person juggles governance + delivery
