We help our active adults avoid unnecessary surgery, injections, and long‑term meds by giving them focused, individualized care in a calm, intentional environment. Perform thorough evaluations that actually take the full hour. Design and progress individualized plans of care that look beyond just the painful joint. Make clear recommendations on visit frequency and duration, and follow patients through full plans (not “see how it goes” one visit at a time). Have direct, ethical conversations about commitment and finances in a cash‑based model (with plenty of training and support, seriously, we have your back). Participate in weekly team huddles, weekly case discussions, and ongoing weekly skill development. Occasionally, join community or workshop events if you enjoy that type of engagement. You’ll be supported with a clear framework for patient care and communication, with room to bring your own clinical style as you grow. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and eligible for CA licensure. 0–5+ years of outpatient experience (we hire by experience band, not by age; new grads welcome!). You value 1:1 care, clinical reasoning, and actually seeing people through a full plan. You’re willing to learn how to talk about POC commitment when advocating for what patients need. You’re coachable, open to feedback, and comfortable in a culture where we talk honestly about stress and growth.
