Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Vision insurance Wellness resources Full-time Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Health, Dental & Vision available Responsibilities Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently Work independently to ensure properties are maintained to company standards Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance Landscape maintenance: including shrub trimming, weed eating, weeding, and spraying as needed Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Assist the landscape & construction crews as needed Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Requirements Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or ground maintenance preferred Leadership experience Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Valid driver's license required Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely Must be able to pass a drug screen Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor #J-18808-Ljbffr
