Service Porter

The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! We are actively seeking a motivated Service Porter / Driver to be an integral part of the service department. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated, reliable , and can contribute to our ongoing success. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Department in managing vehicles and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a clean driving record. Assist with moving and parking vehicles in the service department. Ensure vehicles are kept clean and organized within the service area. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and surrounding areas. Perform light maintenance tasks, including checking tire pressures and fluid levels. Provide assistance to technicians as needed. Perform other tasks as directed by the Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission, and follow all safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in an automotive setting or as a porter is a plus, but not required.
