Vision Mechanical is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska .

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal Commercial Plumbing Foreman:
- Holds a valid Journeyman Plumbing License in Lincoln, Nebraska
- Has 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Has experience leading and managing plumbing crews
- Can read plans, coordinate work, and plan manpower and materials
- Understands commercial plumbing systems, layout, installation, and code requirements
- Works effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Takes ownership of safety, quality, productivity, and job site organization
- Enjoys leading, teaching, and mentoring apprentices and journeymen
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in delivering a quality project
