Key Responsibilities Coordinateand update daily and weekly staffing schedules for all departments. Trackattendance, call‑offs, PTO, and schedule changes; prepare reports forleadership as needed. Serveas a point of contact for schedule questions and staffing-relatedcommunication, responding with poise and solution-focused thinking. Maintain fullycompliant, audit-ready employee files (licenses, certifications,evaluations, mandatory trainings, and other required documentation) withzero tolerance for missing, expired, or incomplete records.
