Project Management Assistant

About the Role

The Project Management Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Construction Services team. This role supports project execution by assisting with contracts, change orders, invoicing, and project communications.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers with daily project coordination
Process change orders and contract documentation
Support monthly billing and invoicing cycles
Prepare project communications and bulletins
Maintain project files and records
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors

Qualifications

Construction industry experience preferred
Strong administrative or project coordination background
Experience managing contracts and project documents
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
