Maintenance Coordinator – Full-Time Position – Raleigh (Supports Multiple Locations)Raleigh Orthopaedic is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our buildings, offices, and equipment. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this role ensures our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for patients and staff.Summary of Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and safety activitiesRespond promptly to building and equipment emergenciesAssist with planning and scheduling repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance proceduresPerform hands-on tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, caulking, and electrical repairsSupport installation and alignment of equipment, sensors, plugs, and switchesCoordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs or projectsAssemble, move, and repair office furniture as neededMaintain adequate inventory of tools and supplies for facility upkeepMonitor and maintain building lighting systems, including bulb and ballast replacementsSchedule and track inspections for HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and fire control systemsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policiesQualifications:Technical school degree or equivalent work experienceExperience in facility coordination, building maintenance, or related fieldKnowledge of building systems and multiple trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple facilitiesProficiency with MS Office, email, and related communication toolsKnowledge of health and safety practices and regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible to work evenings, weekends, or after-hours for emergenciesBenefits We Offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with FSA and HSA optionsRetirement plan with employer contributionsCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) programCompensation:$25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
