Opportunity Customer Service Specialist – supports HSN by answering inbound customer calls. The role is fully remote and requires residing in Florida. What You’ll Do Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers, handling a high volume of inbound inquiries. Resolve customer issues, confirm refunds, process payments, place orders, and analyze account data. Offer additional products and personalize each customer interaction to promote sales. Maintain a fast-paced call volume while de-escalating unique situations. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor. Compensation $15.00 per hour, plus a $0.60 bilingual differential and additional shift differentials and incentives where applicable. What You’ll Bring Distraction-free work-from-home environment. 12+ months of customer service experience. Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate with diverse styles. Proficiency navigating multiple systems and screens. Follow HSN computer system requirements and troubleshoot technical problems when needed.
