Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical support and ensure patient safety and comfort. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence in nursing practice and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
