Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Oncology is sought for a hospital in Lewiston, Maine. This position involves providing patient care on a Med-Surg/Oncology unit and requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role offers a 12-hour shift schedule with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 07/22/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Lewiston, ME

• Shift Hours: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
• Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS); Education: RN license; Experience: 2+ years in relevant field; Location: Maine;
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Wound Vacs, Prevena Vacs, Baxter IV Pumps, Cancer, Diabetes Mellitus (DM), Pneumonia (PNA), General Surgery;
• Responsibilities include managing a patient ratio of 1:6, utilizing equipment such as Wound Vacs, Prevena Vacs, Baxter IV Pumps, and EMR systems including Omnicell, EPIC, SBAR; adhering to dress code of Navy Blue scrubs; and providing relationship-based patient care.
• Additional Information: No call requirements; float coverage for all inpatient areas; position is vacant and open for one RN.
