Loss Prevention Programmer Analyst (LTE)

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays
About the Role
In this Role, you will support various work and projects for the Loss Prevention division on a limited-term employment basis, including identifying and analyzing business challenges at the system level and designing, coding and testing solutions.
What You'll Do
Create and manage systems for investigating fraud and reducing shrinkage and workload
Collaborate with IT on new software packages and department work requests to address the technological needs of the Loss Prevention department
Partner with IT to move existing legacy systems to cloud-based solutions
Document website design and structure, correcting known issues and testing new components
Work to eliminate the need for excess hardware by combining projects
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Display initiative, self-motivation and effective time-management skills
Experience working with and creating SQL queries
Background in C# .NET and HTML/JavaScript
Preferred
Student or Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field
Experience with multiple databases, development environments and platforms
Familiarity with IS professional systems development standards
Object-oriented programming experience
Working knowledge of GIT, MVC concepts, Bootstrap and JavaScript Libraries
