Program Manager

Must have B.S. in IT, Business Administration or a related field Must have 12+ years of related technical experience, with five plus (5+) years of supervisory experience managing multiple team leads and technical staff Experience managing projects of moderate to high complexity in an IT support environment for federal clients (examples include: Help Desk, Network Operations, Infrastructure Management, Systems Support, etc) 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Project and other project management tools Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse teams of 30+ employees and subcontractors Proven ability to communicate with business clients and Information Technology professionals at all levels, as well as effective interpersonal skills including consensus building, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills Proven ability to build the right team, starting with hiring the right people, developing, training, promoting and retaining high value employees. Developing resources to take on assignments of increased responsibility; mentoring and coaching Proven ability to create and execute strategies that lead to new business development PMP and ITIL certifications preferred Management of budgets, schedules and resource planning Oversight of critical projects Manage, mentor, and develop senior staff and team leads Interaction with senior members of customer organization Resolution of staff performance and interpersonal conflicts Develop and foster an environment that is results oriented and customer focused Support business development activities for growth within the account #J-18808-Ljbffr
