Hiring Assemblers in Redmond, WA!Pay Rate: $25.13/hrSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM, OT on Friday (day shift) Friday - Sunday 4:00 AM - 4:30PM (weekend shift)Entry level opportunity - Manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory. If you are mechanically inclined & have experience using hand & power tools and wants to build a career into manufacturing feel free to apply.What You'll DoAssemble components and equipment according to work instructions and quality standardsUse hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficientlyComplete sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within established production timelinesRotate between workstations and learn various stages of the manufacturing processRead and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and schematicsInspect products for quality and identify defects or production issuesRecord measurements and production information accuratelyMove materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facilityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking ForReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to learn and develop new skillsWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse facility with active production lines.
