SAP Functional Consultant

SAP Functional Consultant Contract/ Contract To Hire Remote (U.S. – EST Time Zone Preferred) / Hybrid

The SAP Functional Consultant will participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications. This role is responsible for conducting business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in SAP implementations and support
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend effective SAP solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Design, configure, and test various SAP modules
• Manage SAP implementations and support activities
• Analyze current business processes and client scenarios to recommend and develop effective solutions
• Execute complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Maintain thorough knowledge of organizational standards and best practices
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients
• Develop and evaluate implementation plans and provide leadership and direction to project teams
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices and SAP methodologies
• Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve software-related issues
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to SAP solutions
• Develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role with flexibility for remote work within the United States
• Preference for candidates located closer to the EST time zone
