Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:


Provide expert nursing care in the ICU unit, managing critically ill patients with complex medical needs. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor ventilators and cardiovascular drips to critical patients.
• Perform advanced procedures such as thoracentesis and arterial or central line placements.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient changes and escalate concerns to the healthcare team.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements.
• Support unit staffing and workflow during designated shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of ICU experience.
• Skilled in ventilator management and cardiovascular medication administration.
• Certified in BLS and ACLS.
• Prefer candidates with neuro ICU experience and procedural expertise.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
