Tax Accountant

Job Description We are looking for a Tax Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing tax returns and financial records for our clients. Responsibilities: Prepare of individual, business, trust and estate income tax returns High level tax planning for individuals and businesses IRS and state tax notice resolution Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Perform compilations and reviewed financial statements, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem solving skills Company Description Klausner & company PC is a public accounting firm located in Arlington VA that specializes in traditional accounting and tax services to both business and individual clients located throughout the United States and abroad.
