Construction Project Manager

Commercial General Contractor | Ground-Up Construction I’m currently working with a well-established General Contractor in the Dallas area who is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. The company has a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects across the DFW market, covering sectors including Healthcare, Medical Office, Retail, Office, Industrial, and other commercial developments. The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team. Responsibilities include Managing ground-up commercial construction projects across DFW Overseeing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation Managing subcontractors and project teams Working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Experience across Healthcare, Medical Office, Retail, or similar commercial sectors preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project financials Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion Must be based in the Dallas/DFW area What’s on Offer Opportunity to join an established and growing General Contractor Strong pipeline of projects across the DFW market Variety of commercial projects Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term opportunity for progression #J-18808-Ljbffr Elsdon Group
