Job Title: Physical Therapist - Rehab
Location: Atlantis, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1692.49 - 1777.11
Schedule: 07:00 - 15:00 (D/N)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist; Valid Physical Therapist license; Be willing to obtain Florida licensure
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to patients in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement patient care plans according to physician orders
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
