Responsibilities
- Conduct inpatient acute physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide and adjust therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and discharge readiness.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and update care plans in accordance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader rehabilitation team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and post-discharge care.

Requirements
- Hawaii licensed physical therapist or eligibility to practice in Hawaii.
- Inpatient acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to work days with weekend coverage as needed.
- Availability for a 26-week travel assignment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to documentation.
