About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for a Treasury Liquidity IT Program Manager role. The successful candidate will be a senior technology leader responsible for running the Global Liquidity Management Technology Transformation Program. This program is pivotal in overseeing the company's liquidity planning, monitoring, methodologies, analytics, and regulatory reporting on a global scale. The role involves managing regulatory ratios, ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, and modernizing the technology landscape to support the broader GLM and Treasury mandate. The VP will be tasked with designing and architecting a new liquidity reporting infrastructure, collaborating with IT development leads, and continuously evolving the technology strategy to align with global treasury goals. Applicants must be energetic leaders with a proven track record in delivering complex technology programs within a global organization. The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong knowledge of data management and governance, adept at influencing and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. A minimum of 15 years' experience in implementing technology solutions, with at least 5 years in treasury or liquidity management, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology implementation using tools such as JIRA, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, and Power BI or Tableau, and a minimum of 5 years of global team management experience. The position demands excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with a strong attention to detail.
