Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Proficiency with cardiovascular procedures, surgical protocols, and sterile techniques
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable, with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Assist in complex cardiovascular surgeries, maintaining aseptic technique
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
