Pay Rate: $20.33/hr.
Shift: 3:15am to 3:30pm FHD (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday)

Job Description

• Operates equipment, used to manufacture products, turning raw materials into finished goods.
• Maintains inventory records of materials in use and accurately updates records and data sheets for materials in process.
• Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications and quality standards.
• Detects equipment malfunctions and product deficiencies, troubleshooting as necessary to ensure optimal production.

• Tests and monitors hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content.
• Follows blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics in daily tasks.
• Maintains records of orders received, work completed, and inventory status.
• Coordinates workload, staffing, and equipment to match inventory needs.
• Works with materials planning, production, and maintenance to prepare and update master schedules.
• Requisitions materials, ensuring deliveries align with production requirements.

Skill Level

• Entry-level position.
• Acquires basic job skills and learns company policies and procedures on the job.
• No prior industry-specific experience required.
