We’re looking for a motivated and caring Shift Leader who’s ready to lead with positivity, empower others, and help create a welcoming environment for both employees and guests.

Lead With Purpose & Make an Impact

As a Shift Leader, you’re not just running a shift—you’re shaping the experience of your team and every guest who walks through the door. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and grow into a strong leader.

• Lead shifts with a focus on teamwork, respect, and great service

• Empower crew members by building confidence and recognizing their strengths

• Create a positive, family-like atmosphere where everyone feels they belong

• Take ownership of daily operations and drive results

• Ensure high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)

• Keep both team members and guests safe by following procedures

• Assist with inventory and keep the restaurant well-stocked

• Train, coach, and develop team members for future leadership roles

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care

• Communicate openly and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older

• Previous leadership experience is a plus (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)

• Strong communication and people skills

• A team-first mindset and positive attitude

• Someone who leads with integrity and encourages others

• A desire to grow, develop, and take the next step in leadership

Pay & Growth Opportunities

• Training wage: $15/hour

• $20/hour within 30 days after completing crew training and verification

• $25/hour within 3 months after completion of Shift Leader program and verification

• Daily pay available through Tapcheck
