Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
