Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation and paid holidays Gym membership discount Education reimbursement Paid parental/maternal leave Always closed on Sundays What You’ll Do Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success What You’ll Need We have state-of-the-art technology! This includes Google Suite and video communication software that is designed to help perform your job efficiently and at a high level. The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a MUST to be successful in this position. Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
