Our organization is in search of a Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician to become part of our team, which includes 10 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Applicants must be fellowship-trained and board certified or eligible in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques is highly desirable. A strong understanding of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical methods for female urinary incontinence is essential.
Job Overview
- We deliver exceptional, evidence-based care both in-office and through surgical procedures.
- Responsibilities include evaluating and managing a variety of urogynecological conditions, encompassing office-based interventions, vaginal surgeries, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Our Urogynecology division operates outreach programs across 15 community locations and provides services in 6 facilities to ensure patient access to our specialized care.
- We have a comprehensive fellowship program, and candidates will be expected to mentor and educate residents and fellows who frequently rotate through our service.
- The on-call schedule primarily serves as backup for fellows, requiring approximately 4-5 weekends annually and about 1-2 weekdays each month.
- There are numerous research opportunities available across all aspects of Urogynecology.
