Clinical Care Coordinator

Clinical Coordinator Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. A Clinical Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team. They ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceed by direct reports, and that assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on their team.
